What kinds of wood are there in this pack?

So i was a little bummed i just found this out. The same company had a pack with all the names on the wood that is only $1.50 more then this pack. Had i know that i would have picked up the one with the names. After i ordered this i decided oh i'll just go on the website and look at the pictures and compare it to what i have, that didnt work out for me as i am color blind and 1/2 of the woods look like the other half :(. If you want something with the names on it I would get the pack called the "Wood Identification Pack"

how thick is this stuff? i'd like to use it to create some laser cut stuff but wonder if it would hold up as say, a necklace pendant without crumbling

My batch on the thin side was .024", on the thick side (thickest) .060" The sheets are fragile. I have cut some of the material in quarters and created layers for more thickness. I use the variety pack mostly for inlays. It gives me a nice variety to choose from.

how thick are these veneers?

I believe on average they are about .030" thick.

is this thick like a cardstcok heavy?

It couls be thick as a cardstock but some.of the are a bit curby so they are not 100% flat (is real wood) and is not very heavy. you can hold it with one hand.
