Vorteks Creations specializes in producing functional, natural hardwood designs. We only use indigenous hardwood species from the Lookout Mountain area of Southeast Tennessee. Some of the hardwoods we use include Red Oak, Black Oak, White Oak, Walnut, Hickory, Maple, Pecan, Cherry and more. All of our products are unstained. Some are treated with varnish and others with natural waxes and oils. Vorteks Creations believes in sustainability in the environment and only use timber from fallen trees. Much of the beautiful timber we use would find it's way to the city dump eventually.We do not harm anything in our endeavors. You may not receive the exact product pictured in the Amazon image. We strive our best to make our products as uniform as possible with the finest materials on hand.
