Decent for Occasional Use, but Not a Miracle Worker
I've been trying the Melatonin Stick with Lavender, Chamomile, and Ashwagandha for a few days now, hoping for some significant sleep support and stress relief. While it's not a bad product, it also hasn't quite lived up to all my expectations. On the positive side, the lavender and chamomile scent is quite pleasant and genuinely does feel calming when inhaled. It's a nice ritual before bed, and I do find it helps me relax a bit and sometimes drift off to sleep a little faster on nights when my mind is just racing. The portability is also a plus – it's easy to keep on my nightstand or toss in my travel bag. However, where it falls a bit short for me is in consistent effectiveness for deeper sleep or significant stress relief. Some nights, I feel a subtle difference, but others, I don't notice much impact at all, especially if I'm particularly stressed or wide awake. It feels more like a light aid to relaxation rather than a strong sleep inducer, and it hasn't consistently helped me stay asleep through the night. The Ashwagandha component, which I was hoping would help with stress, hasn't felt particularly potent in this delivery method.Overall, it's a decent product if you're looking for a mild, pleasant way to unwind before bed and potentially get a little nudge towards sleep. Just don't expect it to be a miracle cure for chronic sleep issues or high-level stress. It's good for what it is, but for me, it's not a consistent solution.

best melatonin for me….helps me fall back asleep everytime
absolutely works for me and I just use one puff. the dose info was confusing but its definitely 5 puffs to get 6mg, I just use one puff bc personally I only need a really low dose of melatonin to put me asleep and high doses give me terrible nightmares…..everytime I’ve used it I’ve fallen asleep and surprised I'm having zero nightmares so I love this. also used it when i woke up in the middle of the night which has been happening a lot lately due to stress or something and it put me back asleep every single time….(the vape is really so convenient for that aspect alone) I inhale it and take it in a few seconds before exhaling….its very relaxing and tastes just like my favorite blueberry vape pens if not better. I also like the minty feeling……its so much better for me overall because I only use a low dose as mentioned especially with melatonin which is a hormone and if you take it regularly it can lower your natural levels that your body wants to make so definitely prefer this…..also I've had zero side effects the next day no drowsiness or anxiety.I don’t know but its definitely so effective for me, so easy to use and would be amazing for traveling or bringing with you….I’m getting a lot more sleep now and also noticed I’m feeling healthier….would definitely rebuy this depending on how long it lasts which hopefully is as long as described which says 600 puffs (and about 120 doses if you are using 5 puffs every time)……but I’ll have to update on that.

Don’t waste your money
Doesn’t work-as in it doesn’t even “hit” to inhale, there are no directions to tell you how soon to use before bed, how to “puff,” how long to “drag,” if you need to hold it in or immediately exhale, etc., and the back of the box says there’s only “five servings.“ ridiculous price to get sleep for only five nights.… And that’s only if the product actually works!!!

I enjoy this melatonin vape
I take melatonin regularly but had never heard of using it in vape form before this so I was intrigued. It feels a little different than other vapes I have used. It is much more flavorful than I expected in a good way. It seems to fully absorb when I inhale and hold for a few seconds.I like the packaging, the sliding box is nice and the enclosed silicone tip work well. The reason I am giving 4 out of 5 stars is only because of the lack of instructions with the product. As I said I had never heard of a melatonin vape before so I was unsure about how to properly use it. For example, do you take a big draw, inhale and hold or not necessary to hold? Should you wait a few minutes between draws? How much is the proper amount? How soon before bed should you use it? These are some of the questions I had that would have been nice to know in advance rather than figuring it out by trial and error. The serving size is 5 uses giving you 6.5 mg of melatonin. I usually take 20 mg tablets or gummies so I figure that 15 uses or draws from the vape would be pretty close to the 20 mg dose I am used to. This seems to be working well for me.At 600 uses in the vape, this will give me approximately 40 nights sleep assistance. It is a little more expensive than the gummies I usually use but I really like the vape experience so will buy again.

A bit of a waste
Okay, I will start with directions of sorts before I launch into the review itself. So I was just as confused as some of the rest of you were when I pulled it out of the box, and I first put the mouthpiece on the wrong end; it goes on the pale end and the visible mechanisms should be at the bottom. Just put the mouthpiece on the pale end and inhale. I recommend inhaling as if you are vaping regularly, so I inhale for about 3 seconds, hold for three, and then release. With that out of the way, this inhaler contraption draws like a regular vape, tastes absolutely wonderful, but is ultimately useless. It doesn't make me at all sleepy, it doesn't necessarily make me relax, and I have to take way more than five puffs for it to even pretend that it wants to work. In other words, it's not doing a doggone thing for me.

Tastes great but theres packaging discrepancies
I really like this product. Not sure if it actually works or if I just convinced myself it does, but it did seem to help me fall asleep quicker last night. The only thing i don't like is that the description says 600 uses but the actual instructions itself says there's only 5 doses in it? Not really sure which one is correct but if there really is only 5 nights of relief, then its terribly overpriced. If the product actually has 600 puffs in it, depending on how long a puff is, this would be a great product based on how much it costs. I plan on using this for a couple more nights to see which one is true but just wanted to get my initial thoughts down on the immediate results
