It has a sweetness but also an intriguing bitter aftertaste, reminiscent of Campari. There are no ingredients listed on the packaging, so can’t tell you about the sugar content.

Is there grapefruit in it?

It’s impossible to say as there is no list of the ingredients anywhere. I am unable to drink alcohol and this drink is a much more adult tasting one, unlike the usual orange and lemon juices. It resembles Campari with a rather intriguing bitter aftertaste. The only juice I can taste is that of orange. The red Crodino is similar but doesn’t have a flavour of juice.
