Not bad.
This review is only about the tea as a tea, not any how well any potential health benefits it claims work. I don't have kidney issues and can't really speak to that.Overall, it's not bad. The smell is pretty light in the package, but it turns a lovely pinkish red while brewing. The contents of the bag honestly looks like a handful of something you'd add to yogurt or trailmix. It did take a bit longer than normal to brew, but the smell is herbal/fruity and not unpleasant.Normal herbal teas can take longer than traditional, so I let it sit for almost 10 min with just below boiling water. I did use 2 bags for 16 oz of water and put it over ice with sucralose to sweeten, but it didn't need much of that at all. Before adding the sweetener, it's got a sweet+sour fruity flavor not that different from hibiscus/jamacia tea, with a distinctly 'medicinal herbal' background that isn't unpleasant or overpowering.Overall, it's not bad. The price seems a bit high, but it also tasted nice.

Flavorful but recommend brewing longer than the instructions
When I opened the packaging, I was immediately struck by the large pieces in the tea bag and the delightful aroma from the mulberries and goji berries. The red dates also promised a touch of sweetness to the tea. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the ingredients, as I could easily spot them. It’s a blend that smells absolutely lovely, fruity and sweet. The next thing I checked was the brewing instructions. They suggest brewing at about 150°F for around 10 ounces of water for 2-3 minutes before sipping. I tried it that way and found it quite pleasant but a bit weak because of the short brew time. For my second cup, I brewed the water in boiling water and let the tea steep until it cooled to around 150°F. Personally, I preferred the longer brew time, starting with the hotter temperature, and didn’t notice any bitterness or overpowering flavors. It just seemed to make the flavor more intense, and I think the larger pieces of fruit brewing longer contributed to the increased sweetness. This tea is a real winner for winding down after work, especially while watching TV. I just think I’d increase the brew time and water temperature a bit from the instructions.

Uses Artifically Cultivated Ginseng
This ginseng and Mulberry, herbal tea, ginseng five treasures, tea, formula, 6 treasures tea, wolfberry Mulberry herbal Goji berry red teas formula traditional Chinese (10 bags) is sold by:"HongKeComeOn" a seller that is based in CHINAThe product is made in CHINAI was very excited to get and try this tea, but I noticed something on the packaging that is not mentioned in the listing...The packaging states that the ginseng is artificially cultivated... since I did not know there was such a thing nor what that meant, had to look it up. Here is what I found.:Instead of growing naturally in a forest, artificially cultivated ginseng is commercially grown on farms in a controlled environment using modern agricultural techniques to accelerate growth and produce a higher yield than if they were grown in the wild. During this artificial growth, they are frequently treated with fertilizers and pesticide sto prevent disease and promote fast growth. Hmmmmm not good...The actual teabags are a plastic material, not paper like I am accustomed to. I am not sure if the plastic material contains BPA or not.The tea itself took longer than I normally brew tea in order for it to get strong enough to really enjoy. It tasted OK but nothing really special... I feel like it is a good value for the amount that you receive and it seems like there's quite a bit of caffeine because it effectively gave me lots of energy for the rest of the afternoon after drinking one large cup!

Earthy, Mildly Sweet Herbal Tea with Lasting Flavor
The tea comes in nicely packed mesh bags that allow the blend to steep evenly without leaving residue. Once brewed, it develops a rich, earthy flavor with a natural mild sweetness that makes it smooth to drink. The tea can be re-steeped several times, and while the color changes from a deep red to a lighter shade, the flavor remains pleasantly consistent. The mix of ingredients—like goji and mulberry—adds both depth to the taste and a traditional herbal quality. It feels like a well-balanced wellness tea, suitable for relaxing in the evening or enjoying as a gentle daily tonic.Overall, it’s a flavorful and comforting herbal blend that combines earthiness with light natural sweetness, offering both enjoyment and the sense of a traditional wellness practice.

Daughter found it delicious, I did not
This review is based on taste not on health benefits.I got this because I was curious and wanted to try a tea with several berries & fig listed in the description, along with ginseng. I brewed for the recommended time but found it was not enough time, the tea was too weak so I increased from 3 minutes to 9 minutes found it to be strong enough for me, my daughter brewed hers for 10 minutes. We both drank it hot and added 1 heaping tsp of sugar to a 12oz mug.The aroma reminds me of mushrooms and the taste also has a mushroom after taste, I was hoping for more of a berry ginseng taste. My daughter says she really likes it and that it has a nice earthy taste to her, and she doesn't get the mushroom taste or smell. The tea comes in a large bag and ingredients are not ground but pretty whole I think that is why you need more brewing time. The quality of the ingredients look very good and the fact you can reuse the tea bags several times is a plus for the price. We used one bag for 2 cups and both looked to be the same in color so we will let it dry out and she will use it again.
