Great value soldering station
The media could not be loaded. Purchased this soldering station for home use and only had this a short time but I’m really pleased with this product. Nicely put together, feels like quality components and works really well. The hot air function performs very well and comes with a good selection of nozzles very easy to change and helpful for isolating heat delivery to smaller componentsThe soldering Iron come with enough tips for any electronics job and it heats up very quickly.Supplied with desoldering pump, precision tweezers and lead-free solder wire.Excellent value for money, would highly recommend this product.

Good value and useful soldering station
I've had a few of these Chinese soldering stations and they've been kind of ok for the low price - but usually a bit low on power, slow to heat and not reaching temperature. This one is different. It's decent build quality and has a sensible selection of tips. It has good power so it heats quickly and makes it easy to solder with. Good product at a great price!

Overall, a solid tool that I’m happy with.
The soldering iron itself is great - it heats up quickly, is easy to handle, and maintains temperature really well during use. It makes soldering tasks much easier. When it arrived, it didn’t power on initially. After opening the bottom, I found a connector that hadn’t been properly connected - likely something that happened during shipping. Luckily, it was an easy fix and probably not the manufacturer’s fault.Since then, it’s worked perfectly with no issues. Overall, a solid tool that I’m happy with.

quality soldering iron
absolute quality compact soldering iron gets to temp relitively quickly comes with almost everything you need bar flux it comes with the iron itself soldering tip cleaner, 0.8mm unleaded solder, solder wire holder, a sponge, 6 changeable tips and a holder that holds the tips not very well like as they can easily be knocked out and fall on the floor and comes with 2 detatchable screw on helper arms.its very easy to use plug in (also plug in fume extractor if you have one if not buy yourself a fume extractor especialy if you use leaded) turn the unit on with the built in power button and select the temp and wait for it to reach it which isnt too long in my experience with using it. nice thing to note is it has a nice weight to it not too heavy not too light as to where youd end up accidentaly moving the unit by tugging the wire

Cheap and cheerful soldering iron station
Originally purchased the Draper soldering iron station to swap the pickups on my bass however the temperature wasn't high enough to melt the original solder and the tip was poor quality out of the pack, no amount of cleaning or sanding was allowing me to tin it!Figured I would try this one for slightly more (£25 vs £40) as it included the 3rd arms as well. Worked a treat and 20 minutes later the old pickups had been removed and the new ones attached. The temperature dial is useful although I couldn't comment on the accuracy. You turn the dial to set the target temperature and then you can easily see once it's warmed up. Spare tips are handy although they don't sit snugly in the stand. Attachable solder wheel was useful as well. Not sure how it would stand the test of time (it does feel cheap, but it is cheap!) but for someone who only does the ad hoc occasional soldering this is perfect. Easy to use, well designed and appropriately priced. The only improvement I would like on these cheap stations is some way to weigh or bolt them down included. They are lightweight plastic which moves very easily.I didn't use any of the included solder, wick or cleaner so couldn't comment on the quality of that.

Very useful bit of kit
Really cool piece of kit.I especially like the extra helping hands on it. I was struggling to hold and solder.some.small.components and this really saved the day. The temperature control is very precise too and my friend has now borrowed it because his was getting to hot for his model railway stuff.

GOOD FOR BEGINNERS
This works well and heats up fast,i had no problem removing a capacitor from a pcb.i think if youd like to get into electronic projects this is a good buy.all the accesories that come with this like solder and solder wick and solder sucker make this value for money.you can easily spend more than this on a soldering iron so its a good place to start, then as you get better you can decide what you really need to spend to advance your skills.its not perfect but the amount of bits you get with it an inexpensive buy.hope it lasts a while

Works well
Used for a couple of month now, execellant little soldering station, ajustable tempeture very handy. would recommend.Only gripe is the lead to the iron could have been another 3 cm longer.
