English not included.
Im not mad or salty I got a product in the United States, on an English platform entirely in another language. Luckily we live in an age where we are all carrying universal translators. The device has an app that also doesn't seem to have English support. The product itself feels sturdy, it doesn't feel cheap. My spouse described it as "a spaceship". I mean they are not wrong, it is sleek, minimalism RGB, 4 power settings (make sure you have a USB C 30W brick). The intake has a removable filter which is the best thing since sliced bread. The fan is pretty quiet and delivers a nice gust, intact, on the highest setting, im sure i feel cool air coming through my keyboard. My laptop has a Ryzen 9 7845HX in it, which can easily get hot, and this cooling pad really helps.

Great Well built Cooler, A little Pricey!
This is a well built nice unit. I did keep it and did compare to a much cheaper Chill Core K1-V5 RGB.I tested at idle that would give you lowest results between them.Idle on my Omen Max 16 was113 CPU 102 GPU 95 Chassis at 33.6 DB (fans do no trick on in the laptop at those tempsThe BS2 lowers setting105 CPU 95 GPU 91 Chassis and 34.5 DBThe Chill Core at 400rmp109 CPU 98 GPU 95 Chassis and 36.5 DBAt the Highest settingsBS298 89 86 50.7 DBChill 2000RPM104 95 91 46 DBInbetween was similar the BS2 did cool more at lower volume all the way up, the level 4 on the BS2 is a lot more air circulation than the 2200 Chill core.Once you put load on it the BS2 gap is more, cooler and quieter. Now as far as Value the Chill core is better, it does a good job for 1/3 the cost. I did keep the BS2 since it did provide better cooling and more important quieter. Make sure you laptop has the cooling fans, intake in the location that the BS2 is putting out the air. It is perfect on the Omen 16 and most gaming laptops. But some may benefit more from the chill core if your intakes do not line up with the BS2.

Decent fan overall
The media could not be loaded. I think overall, this is a good laptop cooling fan with some drawbacks. I'll start with the pros. It works really well to cool a laptop. While I don't have exact numbers, it makes a very noticeable difference to the temperature of my laptops – especially my metal-framed Mac, which gets quite hot to the touch typically. It's also pretty quiet. I tried to capture the sound in the video I took – I started with it at max speed (it has 4 speed options), then cycled back to 1, then back up to 4. While it's definitely still noticeable, it's a much more muted and ignorable sound compared to many other laptop fans. Lastly, this cooling pad looks really nice, too. The white with some side RGB looks quite nice, though I do wish you could control them. The cooling pad also has an adjustable bottom section that can extend for larger laptops, as well as some adjustable back legs to tilt the cooling pad to an angle of your liking. Unfortunately, it does have some drawbacks, though. First of all, this thing is THICK. If your hopes were to travel with your laptop plus this, good luck fitting this in your backpack. This is definitely meant more for the "my gaming computer at home is just a laptop" sort of people, not as an easily portable fan. The other downside to me is the two pieces that stand up in the front to hold your laptop in place. They are a set size, not adjustable in height, so if you want to use your laptop on your lap, those things will dig into your wrists. I've used much cheaper cooling pads before that have better adjustable mechanisms. For that reason, it seems imperative to me to have a separate keyboard and mouse if you plan on using this, or your wrists will probably end up hurting. Due to those downsides, at $100 when writing this review, I'm not sure this is the best value for the money that it could be. That said, if you plan on using this in a relatively stable setup with a separate mouse and keyboard, I think it will meet your needs!

Amazing cooling, minimal noise, exceeded my expectations
It's quite large, but good looking design and a high quality build. On the LOWEST setting, with only minimal noise generated, my laptop temperatures dropped 24 degrees Celsius (!) and the laptop fans haven't turned on once. The first two levels of cooling can be powered by plugging it directly into your laptop, you need an actual outlet charger if you want the higher two settings but I can't think of a scenario that I would ever need them. This is an insanely good product.

Money well-spent
Very cool. You don't need the software unless you want to let it run its own course, so you don't have to do it manually. I recommend using a power adapter to achieve max turbine speed. Cooled down my PC exceptionally fast, I was very surprised. The performance gets an A+. Money well-spent.

Perfect for my Needs
This is the perfect cooling pad for my needs. Significantly cools my laptop during gameplay. If you buy the pad, just make sure you buy a type C charging brick that's powerful enough to fully utilize its power. I use it in the smart mode settings, which I absolutely love. However, even in overclock mode, the pad doesn't get any louder than competitors at this same price point.

Works better and is much quieter than internal fans.
Works great. The internationalization of the software could use some work and not providing a charging brick that can do 27W is a little annoying. Ended up buying one because I didn't have a spare.I didn't dock any stars because they're kinda sorta reducing e-waste by not including it. Just wanted to mention.
