I am a 205 and 6ft tall my size is a 34/32 and some pants I need a 34/34. The size 33 fits perfect!

Usually military pants are a little longer for the size that you choose. For example, size 32 (length) jeans will be different than size 32 military pants. They make the military pants a little longer than jeans usually so a 32 in length will be more like 33. The waist I'd say is normal and should go for what your usual waist size is.

What size should I get if if I wear a size 28x32?

Depends how snug you want to wear them...I wear a 34x32 and it fits close and my wife likes the look, I also bought the 35x32 for work for a little more room. Both fit great.
