Easy to assemble. Quality materials and looks great! It’s comfortable and my son is very happy with it!

I had left this a couple if days hidden in it's box before assembly as it was to be a present for my sons Birthday in a couple of weeks. On putting it together and part way through assembly I found that the back of the chair had a cm tear in the pu by the receiving screw thread for the top bit of the arm rest. Butting up the arm rest showed it would not be covered and I feared that my son's movements in the chair would quickly make this slit bigger. There was also some rust in the receiving screw threads which combined with the major issue of the tear was enough for me to contact the vendor.The enquiry was quickly responded to with a request for photographic evidence - fair enough. Again, once I had sent photos of the issue I had a quick response to say they would check to see if they had spare in stock to send and they would confirm it the next day. The following day a new back to the chair was delivered to me by DPD.I would just like to say that the chair is very good for the price and was the best price if this type that I could find. It can raise and lower with the lever and lean back with the lever pulled out. It doesn't appear to lock in a leaned back position though but no biggy.Product asside, I must say the customer service and speedy resolution to an initial problem was fantastic so well done to them for that.

The media could not be loaded. Quality of the chair was good considering the low price that was offered. However the instructions was a stumbling block as for someone with limited DIY skills it was hard to know what exactly to do. Overall can't complain with the style and comfortable nature of it.

Chair is comfortable, easy to assemble and good quality for price. Would of been 5 stars if the arm rests had decent foam, after a couple uses the foam where my forearms rest has collapsed and flattened.

The media could not be loaded. Middle but between legs was new but it helps support you and prevent sliding down the chair. We have super expensive office chairs but this feels 10x more cosy and comfortable without trading on ergonomic design or practicality.Honestly between the ability to move back and forth on the hinge with the seat and back in one position means you can sit back in the same ergonomic supported stance as you would upright.arms also well designed, I can comfortable rest on the arms whilst I work and have less neck pain than I have with other chairs previously bought.10/10 excellent bang for your buckI assembled myself but must admit it requires some strength when fitting the back and seat together. So for my non diy people out there you may need to phone a friend haha

..then don't buy this! unless you are a child or a small human!I was excited to get my chair, and its been just 2 days of discomfort and pain in between my shoulders due to the lump masquerading as a neck support! as the neck rest pokes into the shoulder blades!The arm rests feel flimsy like they'd come off any minute!The back support might have been effective if they had taken a bit of thought into its design!There is absolutely no way a gamer could sit in this chair comfortably for any length of time!yes it was relatively straightforward to assemble but that does not excuse its immense lack of comfort !This is not a gaming chair!This is not a gaming chair!!This is not a gaming chair!!!I had 4 people test the chair (heights ranging from 5ft 4in to 6ft 2in ) and not one of them can or would recommend this chair, and now I'm left with a chair not fit for its presumed purpose!and if you have a complaint! even if you have prime returning this chair! is near impossible (confirmed after having a long convo with customer services)I should probably put it in the garden for the squirrels to nest in!Proceed at your own risk! you have been warned! I was pulled in by the many positive reviews, however lesson learned!

Build quality is good, functionality is easy and soft pading. Alignment is good. and stability is okay.
