Very very good. Comes in tiny gels. I believe it's helping me lose weight! Feel better. I would buy it again. Better than taking regular cayenne and olive oil together. Now no burning down the throat. Good product to help with circulation.

This is one of those should've read the ingredients moments, rather than relying on my eyes... The 'Big Type CAYENNE PEPPER' on the packaging is really misleading, as you find out that a host of other ingredients are included in the capsule. You live and learn. I'm sure they're a good product for the right person, but the name and packaging design mean just 1 star.

I ordered this supplement because of my tendency to have seriously cold hands and feet, which is a kind of circulatory problem. I feel good about taking the herb and antioxidants that are in this product , and I like that it is in vegetarian capsules. I haven’t been using very long but I hope it will help. This bottle is a two-month supply.
