I was a bit intimidated by the amount of pieces to assemble, but it only took me 45 minutes, and that included just laying all the pieces out and to make sure they were all there. The media could not be loaded. Perfect addition to our home garage gym. Easy assembly. You can adjust all the shelves to the height you want. The hooks on the sides are metal and can hold things like a weighted vest. Some clips are plastic and can only hold the weight of a jump rope.
