Basic but gets the job done has some features that other high end meters don’t have I would recommend this for any entry level apprentice or even more experienced

Perfect for a home inspector
I use this to check amp draw when testing water heater elements and heat pumps. The open fork design is much easier to use in tight spaces.

Great meter, but wish it had the probe mount
Works well, easy to use and read. Wish it had the clip to hold one of the probes like one of the other models.

Great Meter But...
I like my Fluke t6-600 except the 2K limit on resistance. I wished this klein had Vac and Vdc combined and Resistance and Continuity combined and auto on backlighting. That's why I gave it three stars.

Quality meter at a fantastic price
Quality meter for HVAC-R. Does everything needed in my trade. Voltage(ac and dc), ohms, capacitance, micro amps, temperature. Great meter for an even greater price.

Open jaws only measure AC voltage NOT DC
On line information is confusing but the instructions make clear the open jaws of this meter will not measure DC voltage or current. Ugh.

Easy to use, and covers just about everything you need on a clamp meter.

The Klein Tools CL360 AC 200 Amp AC digital multimeter - a nicely-priced good-quality multimeter with an open jaw fork meter which detects live wire voltage without contact, a good safety feature. The unit is robustly made and has storage grooves for the test contact handles, and a good storage pouch. The multimeter has a good range of measuring options, self-ranging, data hold & audio continuity tones for circuit testing as well as the digital resistance values.
