still not sure if this is helping my hair or not. had it for a few months. I don't remember to put in on regularly. took me a while to figure out exactly how and how much to put on. I've found for me 1 or 2 drops in the palm of my hand and then I rub my hands together for a little bit to spread the oil out. then I just stroke my ponytail first to get most of the oil back there... that is where my hair is really dry and fly away. it helps keep it in place. then I wipe my hands from my forehead back. you have to be very careful not to put too much on or your hair will look oily. of course if you're not going anywhere you can leave it on as a treatment, but you'll probably want to wash your hair before you go anywhere... I'll try to check back in another 6 months .. let you know if my hair's getting any longer
