I got these for my boyfriend as he works in construction. He said he really enjoys them and they sit comfortably under his hard hat. They are thin and fit good on his head. They are cool to the touch but it doesn’t last forever more like breathable material.

I purchased this cooling cap to help my son during long hot baseball tournament weekend and overheating, and it’s honestly one of the best wellness products I’ve tried. A great fit. It is great for runners. When the head is cool, it is a coolant for entire body. The pricing was great,for this 2-pk. essential item.

While I ordinarily got it for "instant cooling" aspect, and greatly disappointed, it does work as a traditional skull cap. I thought it would have some cooling gel/ substance/ etc that I've found with numerous other cooling items, but it's a traditional cap. bought a few more later in no short reason due to these, but with correct expectations.

It is not really thick.

Fit decent and are okay with the cooling.

I wear these under my hardhat and they're absorbent and feel cool during the Florida summer heat.
