I bought this product around 8 months ago. Recently, it stopped working, so I raised a service request with Agaro. Their support team quickly responded and checked everything via a WhatsApp video call. They sent the necessary replacement parts, and a technician came to fix it. After the repair, the product is working perfectly again. The overall service experience was very good, and I appreciate their support.
