High quality ingredients, none sourced from China. Includes other ingredients outside your normal vitamin mineral list which are great for good health. Felt a difference after the first day; I felt great. I take one pill with lunch and one with dinner. Finally a good quality product.

Great for nails and hair
These are the only vitamins that have ever made my fingernails and hair grow. I have never been able to have long fingernails in my 56 years. It’s amazing!

Starts to mildew after a few months
Edit: unfortunately I had to edit my review from 5 stars to 1 star, after a few months these multivitamin started to mildew and there is no way it could be safe for consuming. I'm not taking anymore of these and will not be purchasing again. Throwing the rest in the trash I love this multivitamin. If I ever feel like I'm fatigued, an hour after taking one of these multivitamins and I can go about my daily life as if I wasn't tired. Try it!!

Energy
I noticed a big improvement in my energy the first day I took it. I was feeling tired all the time. I was taking a different multivitamin but found it difficult to do my daily chores without napping. I’m 76.
