My trees arrived and were healthy, lush foliage, and so green! There was a mix up with my order but The Crape Myrtle Co. responded quickly and solved the problem quickly. Great plants. Great company.

Received them today, sooner than expected. Came looking very healthy and nice green leaves. The only thing I wished was they were labeled so I know the color of each tree. Planted them and hoping the grow and look as beautiful as the picture!!!

So very happy with the trees. They came nicely packaged in a large box. I put them in bigger pots after 4 days because they were out growing the small ones. I have them in the house until the weather gets warmer. I set them in the sun 3 hours everyday to get used to the wind. I plan on ordering smaller crape myrtle after I get these planted. Love the trees and great service.

We decided to wait for spring to do a review, I'm glad we did. We thought these would work well for shade from sun from the south & west. Ordered, received 5 sticks. Followed directions, bought special soil and mulch. Did everything we were instructed on their yellow sheet. Including prep for any late frost. Waited until May 19th and realized they were not going to produce after contacting seller. Crape myrtles are always the last of the deciduous hardwoods to wake up in spring, the crape myrtles in our neighborhood have all woke up. At the end of their email they told us there was a 90 day Guarantee. We wasted so much time, energy, money, etc. We will be pulling sticks out of ground by June 19th. We have given up.

This was the second time I purchased from The Crape Myrtle Company. The first was two years ago and I got a large selection of their miniature crapes, and I was very happy with them all. Back them, I ordered in January (as I did this time too) and planted them before spring. Then, all but one tree opened when spring arrived, and when I contacted them, I had a replacement within a week.Last September, I lost a huge oak tree in my backyard thanks to Hurricane Irma, and all my afternoon shade from the hot Florida sun went with it. And while looking online for something fast growing to re-create the shade, it was a pleasant surprise to find the company selling these pink crape myrtles on Amazon, and in a 5-pack for a great price.I planted them all in a formal line along the length of my yard. The package came with detailed planting instructions, which were easy to follow. A few weeks ago everything here in Florida was coming alive except one of the new trees, and for some reason another was not growing from the end/top. It was only a few inches high growing from just above the ground. Since I intended these trees to be a formal row, I contacted them.And now a week later I have replacements of all equal height (and definitely alive). Had I placed my order a few weeks later, I have no doubt they would all have been perfectly ok because they could have known which ones didn't make it through the winter. They are young trees yes, but I know they will shoot up quickly, making them just the right solution to re-creating that shade from the hot Florida sun. I can't wait for them to bloom!
