Way Better Than I Expected!
For the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but this TV exceeded all my expectations. The speakers are surprisingly good, response times are fast, and the picture quality is outstanding. The only minor downside is Samsung’s OS — it's not my favorite, but it’s manageable. Overall, a fantastic TV and great value for the money.

Samsung cu7020 TV
Brilliant tv. Easy to set up. Clear picture. Great audio. Good price since current sale price offer.Only thing I HATED are the stupid legs. You would need such a long cabinet to sit it on. Problem resolved by buying generic central stand similar to wall hanging type. Cost £20 and significant improvement to form and function.

Nice TV
Good sized TV with built in WIFI connectivity. Looks sleek with a fine bezel. Easy to set up and was connected to my network with no problems. Issued with 2 remotes. Only downside is the reflective panel which can act as a mirror causing some reflections in low light scenes.

Far better than the seller specs suggest
I nearly cancelled my order for this TV. As an afterthought I decided while waiting for delivery, to read the specifications on the listing more closely. I was annoyed when I read this did not appear to be wall mountable when compared to the other more expensive TVs listed in the range comparison. That annoyance was compounded when I did not see WiFi and Bluetooth in the specs. they are mentioned in the more expensive models. So I was very relieved and pleased to see the M8 size wall mount holes on the back of the TV. Sadly the M8 bolts were not included though. During setup, the TV connected itself to the WiFi. So far so good. The next step was to connect to the mixer I have attached to our Hi Fi. I didn't see a headphone jack and that threw me admittedly. I quickly ordered from Amazon an optical to audio convertor box and also, just in case, a HDMI audio extractor, thinking maybe I would hi-jack the feed into the TV. As the listing did not mention Bluetooth, unlike the more expensive ones in the range, I assumed Bluetooth did not exist. I took that description at its word and had not 'looked' for Bluetooth on the the set. Ooops.Anyway, the Optical and extractor boxes arrived. I have not previously used optical connections and quickly found out that it does not allow the TV remote control to feather the volume. Agggh, I really did not want to use the hi fi remote just to control volume. Only while checking the audio options in the Advance Audio setup on the TV did I see the Bluetooth option. Pretty frustrating to know I have been waiting around for needless accessories to have arrived. In one of my clutter drawers I happened to find a Bluetooth receiver I could hook up into the mixer. Only reason for the mixer is because I have Alexa sharing the Hi Fi input with the TV. Anyway, the Bluetooth works perfectly and of course I now have the volume control I need on the remotes I want it on. My Partner insists she can only wants to use the Sky remote (I have no idea why that is). I found myself drawn to the slim Samsung remote (they ship two remotes with this TV, one slim, clever-tricky one with few buttons and one full fat one with all the buttons). So the volume control needed to work on everything. Sky of course allow the TV volume control to happen with their remotes with a simple setup routine (wouldn't work with the TV Optical though)My point is. I'm more delighted with the TV than I expected. Glad I stuck with the purchase instead of cancelling and buying-up due to the specs shown in the listing. Brilliant clear picture, great apps, Really pleased with my purchase, Bargain!

Very Happy 😃
Purchased to replace my lounge TV .. The screen quality is far better than my previous TV (Panasonic) and have had many compliments from family and friends .. I had a few issues setting it up but all sorted now! Excellent price and would certainly recommend.

Awful
This was ordered to replace a 6 year old Samsung which has developed a vertical ‘shadow’ on the screen. We chose Samsung again as we have had several over the years and have been very happy with them.Despite multiple set ups and trying all the different screen and display settings, the picture quality was consistently awful. Dark, lacking definition and clarity - much worse than the current tv!Very disappointing, so returned. The one bright spot was the efficient delivery and collection.

Like having a cinema in your front room
Amazing tv Iv been using Samsung tvs for years now this is probably my 5 tv Iv bought one for almost every room the picture is so clear , the size is great the screen is almost the whole tv as there is a little boarder , with all Samsung tvs the sound can be abit off while watching a tv show you might have to turn it up or down on new episodes if your binge watching it that’s the only problem Iv came across
