Scanning your various size documents, pictures etc couldn’t be easier and the set up took minutes. You will not regret purchasing one of these!

It powers up. The usb cord that came with it was faulty. I had to use an extra one i had at home. The scanner loaded up and installed on my computer after replacing the usb. But it would not feed paper. I did all of the Neat written troubleshoot for the product and nothing worked. It would begin to feed it i pushed 1 sheet of paper at a time, but would jam every time, failing to scan anything. I started a chat with Neat and they said they could not assist me in chat without subscribing to their support service. I refused to pay for help with a product that didn't work when i opened the box. I have used one at my dad's, this is not a normal setup issue.Unfortunately I waited too long before opening my gift, so it code amazons return.I suggest buying any different brand other than Neat.

I successfully used Neat scanner and software for years. Had to replace my laptop recently and found that Neat no longer makes or supports the software or the hardware. Cannot download the software to any computer. My scanned documents are now just thousands of images with no organization - so basically junk. Do not buy this obsolete product.

The power cord was dead. It didn't come with the software installation disc, and when I went to the website, it stated the there was no software update for this particular model.

There was no software disc to download to connect it to my computer... I just wasted my money with a useless device. Is it to late to get my money back?Unsatisfied Customer

Had to return because it didn’t work and I couldn’t get support to fix. Seems like it might be a good product if it worked.

The only drawback is that you HAVE to purchase the program that they provide or this will not work. It is NOT just a scanner that you can randomly use. Unfortunately you are required to use their software or it will not work.

This has been the most frustrating thing I’ve ever purchased. You get a sheet of paper with instructions on how to download the “free” use of the scan. I’ve tried for four days to get this thing to work. I have a sneaky feeling it isn’t gonna work until you “subscribe” to Neat for ten dollars a month. Of course this isn’t mentioned when you purchase this obnoxious piece of equipment 🙄. Don’t even bother tech , they’re a laugh. Easy to use? 😜😜😜. I’ve wanted one of these for months, and I was so excited when I received it. It’s a huge disappointment. I will be returning this for a refund of the hefty price I paid for it.
