Extremely disappointed — two faulty systems and zero support
I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. The first security system I received kept giving me the same setup error over and over, no matter what I tried. I reached out to customer service and was promised a call back — which never happened. I returned the first set and ordered a replacement, hoping it was just a fluke. Nope. The second system gave me the exact same error message, making it completely unusable. What makes it worse is that I paid someone to help with the installation, and that money was essentially thrown away because the product simply doesn’t work. Two defective systems and zero support? Absolutely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this product at all.

It doesn't save any power at all. The power it claims to have is different from what the seller said, and the signal is also poor.

The picture clarity is average, night vision is just so-so, basic functions work well but bring no surprises.

I would not recommend this camera system to anyone. The platform is barely in English. Very confusing to navigate WHEN you get a problem. Not IF. The cameras have connectivity issues constantly. The NVR quit working right after the warranty ended and technical support will drive you around in circles and eventually say that the NVR is no good and they tell you to buy a new one TOTAL GARBAGE

The image quality is unclear.
The camera image quality is blurry, there are noise points at night, and there is background noise. The cost-performance ratio is not good. I hope the merchants can make improvements.

Unable to clearly capture
Its construction is of poor quality, the workmanship is rough, and the material is of poor quality. The picture is blurry. It is impossible to clearly see key information such as human faces and license plates. This completely loses the significance of outdoor surveillance. At such a price, I originally expected to purchase a basic and reliable surveillance device. But the actual situation was that I received a cheap and inferior product with no quality control at all.
