Worked as advertised
Used it on aggregate concrete before filling in cracks in a horizontal step so the self leveling caulk would not get all over the surface of the step. It was easy to use, remove and I was pleased with the outcome.

Works well for what it was intended for.
I bought this to use as masking for making signs with a CNC router. NOT recommended. Think of trying to run a lawnmower through a yard of rubber bands !! Now I am using it AFTER I cut to mask before painting. Takes a little more time, but works like it was designed."Good decisions come from experience, and experience comes from bad decisions.” Rita Mae Brown

Easy clean up and less time to apply than painters tape
I tried this product when faced with the task of painting 36 new interior wood windows. I learned to to paint a thick enough coat so removal is easier. Found that using a razor blade to score the edge where paint meets window glass made the removal easier. Can’t wait to try this on a less detailed project that doesn’t require the fine lines of a window because I think it would be perfect solution to those of us with less than perfect painting skills. In comparison to using painters tape, it is easier and less time-consuming to apply and about the same time and ease to remove. Another caveat, it’s kind of fun to peel off!

Great product but not for painting rc bodies
This stuff is really easy to use and does exactly what the video shows but I would not recommend using a knife to cut in your masking lines. I tried to use it on an RC body which requires you to cut in your design with an exacto knife once the body is fully masked. The masking peels up when cutting even with a brand new blade so I wasn't able to paint the body because the poor lines would ruin the body. It definitely would be a great product if you were to use it how the description and video though. Lol

There are much better products on the market
I had previously purchased a masking liquid that worked beautifully and when I needed to paint our sunroom I decided that there wouldn’t be much difference between brands because this one was cheaper. That was a huge mistake. This product made the job take an exponentially longer time because it had to bePainted on each window pane and then removal wasn’t much different than if I was removing paint from the glass panes in the first place. I would recommend masking liquid. This product is similar to a rubber glove consistency when dried and will pull and stretch just like a rubber glove, ideally pulling off the window in large strips. However, when paint dries on the top of the product, it does not stretch and peel as it should. I did use a sprayer for my sun room, hence the over spray of paint getting on the Peel Tex product. I would recommend a masking liquid that doesn’t have a stretch quality to it if you are using a sprayer for your painting job.

This Stuff Works!
Used this product to protect a new bathtub during an extensive tiling Job. Worked Fantastic and was able to remove from the tub in one continuous sheet. Wished I had found this product years ago!

Excellent for painting/staining a curved design...
At $30/qt (March 2023), I can't think of a better product for helping to effectively stain/paint a curved design! Followed the directions and didn't have any issues whatsoever. My initial application was for painting/staining a Colorado flag into a cornhole set I'd made. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, so all in all I'd recommend this stuff to other DIY folks for sure!!!

The Best Masking Fluid I have found!
This product does everything that I need it to do! I am an artist and work on a lot of large projects with a lot of detail and the masking fluid available through art supply companies is available in small quantities and is very expensive for the amount I use.Peel-Tek works beautifully on canvas, watercolor paper, Bristol, Vellum, plaster sculpture, etc.I am extremely impressed!Michelle McKenzie Mackintosh
