The noise cancellation is very good on this. I use in in noisy environments and have no issues.

Does it say whose calling on incoming calls

Yes, it can. It also might depend on your dialer (phone) app. In Android you may have to go into the dialer app settings & turn on Caller ID Announcement. It says the number & contact name.

How long is the actual headset?

It’s not very long as in it does not go down to the mouth. It lays against the cheek. 2” I’d guess. There is no problem with being heard on the other end, though. It picks up very clearly.

Do these have noise cancellation?

Yes it does and has a very long battery life, much better than the Plantronics Voyager & 5200 models !
