I use this all the time. It keeps my joints from hurting. I feel much more mobile since I started using them. If I miss a day or two, I know it, because feel it, but it doesn't take long at all for the pain to go away again. I really like that these are taken once a day, so I don't have to take them several times a day. I also like that they're small and easy to swallow.

I’m a senior and have been had a physically active lifestyle. Played many different sports and given my joints a workout with many-many miles of roadwork running and walking. Consequently, my knees hurt and ache from all of the use. I’ve tried many different methods to relieve the aches in my knees to no avail. I have now been using Bi-Flex for over a year now. The aching in my knees has virtually disappeared. As per the directions, I take this tablet once per day in the morning. Within a week, the aching slowly disappeared. It’s become a matter of daily habit. I wouldn’t go without it.
