I bought this mat and never stopped using it since. I use this mat for cooking/ baking literally everything! It does everything it says it does. It makes cooking/ baking fun. I bought this for my wife because her cookie sheets are always getting scraped up from cleaning grease, etc off of them. She didn't know about this product and was really excited to use it. I now will be buying a few more :) The clean up is so much easier than scraping cookie sheets. Just soak it with soap and water and washes up so easily. She had a couple questions about it and so I emailed the company. They were really helpful and responded very quickly, so great customer service too. My husband and I are avid chefs. We spend most of our free time in the kitchen, so having the right tools is a must.This baking mat is terrific. We've used it for a myriad of goodies: eggplant and kale chips, sweet potato wedges, chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies, meatloaf, french fries, roasted veggies, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, cookie bars, tortilla chips, tostadas...basically anything we need to bake in the oven. It eliminates the need for cooking spray, so clean up is a breeze and no yucky residue anywhere. Also important is that the mat cooks evenly. Our only issue is that we need to buy more!

This mat lives up to the description. My cookies came out evenly, which never happens in my oven. It was cool to the touch within a few minutes. The cookies slid right off the mat without any sticking. The only problem I ran into is that it didn't fit any of my cookie sheets right, but that made an unexpected place to pick it up without touching the pan. I will definitely be using this in my every day cooking.
