Great piece easy to put together fit s in small area. I use it to put all my kitchen food platters on!! So cute & looks great

I was pleasantly surprised by this shelf. It is perfect for what I needed it for with a couple of small modifications. First off, I did add three small bumper pads onto the front so that it didn't bang against my wood doors. Second, rather than using the provided nail contraption that was part of the mounting, I just used a second set of brackets near the bottom.But overall, this was very easy to put together and is a great way to maximize storage by using a space that is often overlooked. It was a good value at right around $90.It is very low profile and looks pretty good. I do wish that it had some way of covering up the screws as they are a little unsightly.It fits perfectly behind my door, but certainly you would want to measure if your doors are not standard in some way. The shelf configuration even respects the location of the door knob.One review mentioned a weird bracket that joins two parts. Mine did not have that as you can see in the photos. So perhaps they have changed this? The shipping speed was pretty slow, so if you need this quickly this might not be the one to get. It took about a month for mine to arrive.

Nice quality behind the door bookcase. Easy assembly. Item took a little over a month to arrive, but worth the wait.

The size is perfect—exactly what I needed for my pantry. My baseboards are larger than the cutout. So, I attached a piece of wood to the stud and then attached the shelves to the wood for stability. Additionally, I screwed it to my existing shelves for extra stability.Major con—Aesthetics—the sides of the shelf came in 2 pieces which was connected by a metal plate on either side. The metal plate was tarnished and looks very unattractive (see pictures). It is also NOT pictured in the listing. So, that was frustrating. Since I’m using in a pantry, function is most important to me. However, if I had purchased this to use as an aesthetic book shelf, that would have been enough for me to return it. There also weren’t any caps to cover the screws. They are visible from the side. That does show in the listing, but it doesn’t look very nice from the side.It seems a little overpriced for the quality. It was exactly what I needed for the space. So, I decided to splurge, and overall I am happy with the purchase

Holds all my books without taking up space!

Wooden poles are flimsy but since books would be angled in it I don’t foresee an issue. Definitely needs to be mounted since it will tip! Overall I do like the look and how slim it is!

Perfect low profile idea for books.

I used this as a behind the door pantry in our mud room. I do like it, fits canned goods really well including mid sized cans. I didn’t realize that the bracket would be visible (-1 star for that), but it is fine for a mud room and sturdy once attached to wall.
