Very new with respect to the battery health and the charging cycle. This is one of the most important things to check while buying a renewed or a refurbished phone. No scratches, camera is flawless and does not come with the original charging cable. Probably worth the 770 bucks. Cheaper than my 14 pro which I got it for 800 bucks 2 years ago.

Update: My IPhone in a month and a half is now 93% battery. Seems a bit low. I charge between 20-80%. My iPhone 12 Pro died on me on a trip back home from the beach two days ago. It got stuck on the reboot loop and never could get it out after trying just about everything except the battery change. Made the decision it was easier to go ahead and upgrade, so went with the 16 pro renewed with some hesitation. However, the phone arrived on time overnight and has no scratches anywhere on it. I chose the lowest storage they sell now in desert color. The screen and speed all work well. No glitches or issues getting it set up. The only thing that was sketchy to me is the fact that if you lose your phone or can't access it in some way like I couldn't .. it was super difficult getting past 2 factor authentications with banks and other platforms. So be aware that you should have a different backup should this happen. I don't use a laptop or any other computer outside of my phone and an older iPad. The iPad saved me.. but limited. I waited too long to change battery on this after four almost five years with it. Having said that, it took a whole day but got all my access back to my phone and recovered from the backup. The phone itself has no scratches I can see anywhere on it. Looks and feels new. The battery life came with 98%. The cycles were higher than other people posting here even though I paid for the premium highest quality used phone they had. It has 270 cycles. Consulting with AI it doesn't seem to matter as much. It seems to think the battery percent age maximum is more important. So the 98% is good. So I am pleased with it and now just playing with the new features of ios26 today getting things set up again. Phone appears pretty much unused. Battery health was at 100% with 2 charge cycles out of the box. Every part is genuine (more specifically there have been no repairs). The screen does not have a scratch of any kind. The body of the phone is physically flawless except for a single horizontal scratch on the back above the apple logo. It’s not very deep but it’s clearly visible even on Natural Titanium. I personally don’t mind because it will covered by a case, but I’m giving it 4 stars for that. I don’t want to be overly critical but we *are* paying for Refurbished Premium over Refurbished Excellent for a reason. If I could give it a 4.5 I would! All of the main things you really care about with refurbished phones are here—genuine parts, fresh battery, flawless screen. For all intents and purposes this is a brand new phone.

Mint condition overall. Scratch free, feels excellent! Put on a case and screen protector, never been better. It’s really worth overall for this 512GB model. I wasn’t expected Amazon renewed premium would be that good!! Just like the renewed premium box said: Let’s save world environment by purchasing more refurbished phones! 😊

Exactly as advertised. Very happy with the purchase. The only slight complaint was that the packaging was a bubble wrap envelope and I felt that was not adequate. But after inspecting and using the phone - it seems it was safe enough and there are no scratches, phone works perfect and it was 90% battery health (so within spec).

Perfect and no issues! I'll update if something comes up, but so far, so good, and I'm impressed with the phone. Looks brand new.

Bought my iPhone 16 Pro about 3 months ago and it's been flawless so far! Performance's smooth, camera's elite , and battery life is 100%. Guess time will tell, but I'm lovin' it 💁‍♀️
