Q: How effective might this brace be when used for long distance driving in eliminating or reducing side stitch and back pain?

I'm a fellow truck driver, OTR for 7 1/2 years, the only thing I've used that made a difference back when I was pushing 400 lbs was that Purple brand seat cushion. It worked wonders along with actually taking breaks to stretch my legs when I was doing linehaul or driving any real distance. It's not for sale on Amazon but I used a compression back brace I bought from a truckstop to help me when I was unloading the truck, this brace looks to be better than that one so if you're looking for back help during work then this seems like a good choice to try out but I don't think it will help you during driving.

Q: What is the width of this belt? And does it cause a lot of sweating/heat just from being on without any activity?

That's actually a good question I wasn't sure how wide it was so I took my handy tape measure and it measures out at seven and a half inches and that is from the dead center of the I wear my belt constantly and I do not have a problem with sweating and I live down here in South Alabama where it is very warm I have to say it's very breathable and very comfortable.

Q: Will this help stabilize lower back when doing squats? I am a female and wish to minimize injury to lower back. Thanks !

I bought this brace for my Mom who has had a terrible back injury & she wears it when she is going to be on her feet more & helps her so I feel it would give you more support while doing squats.

Yes. Two layers of straps with Velcro. This is one of the best braces I have bought. I have L4,5 hernia and S-1 nerve damage. Makes me feel comfortable when I need to get stuff done.

アマゾンで2個目です。装着してみて感じたのは、すこし厚めでした。生地が薄めが良かったが、きつく閉めても圧迫感はあまり感じない。腹式呼吸でも苦しくない。良いです。
