Easy to setup, use and maintain
Brilliant machine. I purchased this This Robot vacuum and mop a few months ago and it is an absolute game changer. Easy to setup, use and maintain. I have all tiled floors with rugs, This might little machine scoots around cleaning based on the schedle I have set, even cleaning specific areas in between schedules if needed. All controlled via the phone App, she tells you when you need to empty or refill clean and dirty water tanks or replace the dust collector in the station and this maintenance couldn't be easier. The quirkiest part about this little machine is that you can switch on its inbuilt camera and ask it to patrol the house, even specifying the area to patrol, which means you can check an area of your house at night from your bed if you hear a noise, or can check up on your pets whilst you are out. Its a genious little robot

Disappointing Product and Nonexistent Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. Updated Review:I initially had issues with my EZVIZ RS20 Pro, as it struggled to return to its base station no matter how many times I rebuilt the map or adjusted the settings. It was frustrating at first, and I reached out to EZVIZ customer support for assistance. While the process took some time with multiple troubleshooting steps and discussions, I appreciate that EZVIZ ultimately acknowledged the issue and sent me a replacement unit. I’m happy to report that the new device is working perfectly, and it now returns to its base station as expected.Though it took some patience, I’m grateful for the support team’s help in resolving the problem. If you ever face an issue, I’d recommend reaching out to them, as they do stand by their product and provide replacements when necessary. Overall, I’m now happy with my purchase and glad to have a working unit! 😊Previous Review:I purchased the EZVIZ RS20 Pro with high expectations, but it has been a complete letdown. The vacuum consistently fails to return to its base station, no matter how many times I rebuild the map or try different rooms. I’ve even experimented with and without covering the camera, yet the problem persists. The entire self-cleaning feature becomes pointless if the device can’t even find its way back to the base station. What’s worse, I reached out to EZVIZ customer support for assistance and haven’t received a single reply. The lack of support is just as frustrating as the product itself. For a premium-priced product, this level of performance and customer care is unacceptable. I regret purchasing this and would strongly advise others to think twice before buying. Save your money and look for a more reliable brand with better customer service.

No consumables available and doesnt always go where there is no reason not to gom,
Let me first say compared to my Roborock this thing beats it hands down for mopping if it goes there. For anything else my roborock has the edge for sure and its a shame because I love what it promises but it fails to deliver. If you have a carpeted area between two areas it cant get there to mop thats worth taking into account but for us that wasnt a massive issue we just roll up the rug.I have found it will just miss areas with no reason at all it just doesnt go there but then the next day it might. Its not great on carpets either I think the roller brush is just too soft. Maybe when aftermarket ones become available I will find one with a stiffer brush. It has gotten stuck for no apparent reason and gone to the same place the next day and been perfectly fine. The AI is okay I guess but its still managed to suck up a sock and get the brush stuck. It has moments where I say OMG I can't believe it did that and then moments where I say how stupid are you why are you stuck in the same place for ten minutes going over the same ground when you could just turn a little left or right and get out of it.My roborock manages great and it doesn't have AI or even a camera.Where this looses all its stars for me is the lack of consumables. You simply can not buy bags, cleaning solution etc. I contacted EZVIZ and was told they aren't currently available. How is this even a thing produce a vac that requires cleaning solution, hoover bags etc but don't have them available at launch. You get one hoover bag too so its not like they gave you enough to get through a few months while they get it sorted, other companies at least supply 2 bags. Seems a little cheep considering how much these things cost. It's gotten stuck with no reason tooOverall its ok but you can absolutely buy equally as good for less or the same money.I hate to say it but I'm not sure I would recommend this one and I am very close to considering returning and buying another Roborock or other brand.*edit* Now returning, it looks like brushes and bags are now available nut still no cleaning solution which comes in a custom sealed bottle so you cant just fill it up yourself.I also cant keep watching it turn around for no apparent reason. It gets to a point and turns around and never goes back despite there being absolutely no reason for it to not go there. I only have to the end of the month to return so return I shall. Sorry EziViz but I think maybe you should stick with Cameras because this is your flagship vac and its far from good enough.

Solid purchase for lazy people
Well worth the money. The mopping bit actually mops as opposed to just dragging a damp cloth. Ideal for me as I am lazy - it empties itself, fills itself and cleans itself. I fill it up once per week with water and thats about it. Low maintenance and hasnt let me down at all.Only slight niggle is it doesnt (yet) integrate with home assistant - but tbh, this is a plug in and leave.

Amazingly good mop and hoover
Had this a couple of weeks now cos I wanted to use it a while so I could judge it fairlyIt’s amazed me I come home and floors are noticeably clean and well hoovered I have a small dog who’s shedding but even that is gone I always thought to get a good robot vacuum I would have to pay a lot of money but this is a seriously good price for the quality and performance the camera a added bonus my dog used to attack my hoover and mop but now I can get it done while me and him are out coke back and jobs done and done well can’t recommend this enough I love love love it
