This product is very user-friendly. Very easy to get set up. The lowest settings worked very well on the vibrate or tone mode, have not needed to use the shock mode yet. My dog reacts pretty quickly to the tone and the vibrate mode. I like how it saves the battery life when it doesn’t feel any movement and automatically shuts itself off. Would recommend this product as it is great at a very low cost. A neighbor of mine who recommended it to me. I put my dog through some dog training at home with the dog trainer and unfortunately I did not work with her enough but this collar works a lot faster than an a dog training could.

This collar works well for the price. I would ask for an on/off switch on the control. That would prevent inadvertent shocking of the dog, which happens if the control is in your hand or pocket. The clip is useless.

This training collar works well. It is easy to use and set up. Our dog responds to the audio most of the time and always to the vibration. She doesn't need the shock correction. We tried the bark collar but she learned to bark at frequencies not covered by the bark collar (she is pretty smart). This correction works well because I can activate the sound from a couple of rooms away. Highly recommend.

This product came packaged well, with wonderful instructions on making sure to fit the collar exactly and in the center of the front of the dog's neck. Everything seems to be pretty good quality and the charger that came with it is really great--it charges both the collar attachment and the remote at the same time! Haven't had a lot of chance to use it yet, but I like what I've seen so far!

I have a very sweet, but strong puppy, who is becoming a teenager. Her favorite game is "You Can't Catch Me." And I can't. After a half hour predawn barking binge, I had to get something more effective than my sweet voice and the offer of rewards for coming. Being a bleeding heart liberal, I was reluctant to resort to coercion. After charging the device and trying it on myself, I put it on her and set her loose in the fenced back yard. An hour later, I called her. She turned her head and stayed where she was. I called her again and got the same response, at which time I employed the beeper. She looked around trying to identify the source of the noise, but didn't come. I called again, gave the beep, got no response, pressed the vibrate for less than a second. She came.Hours later, same sequence, but didn't come. Tried call, beep, but vibrated for about two seconds. She came.Since then, she comes almost every time without the beep or buzz. When reluctant to come, I beep, she comes without the buzz.It took two days to surpass the performance I was getting with kindness. Best $40 I've spent in a long time.

I purchased this product in August 2018. It is now January 2019 and it no longer works. Both devices charge, power on, and seem to function as expected. But the remote and the receiver either wont stay paired or something because no actions on the remote actually effect the receiver. I thought they just became unpaired so I followed the instructions to pair them again. I attempted this several times to no avail. Then one day about a week later I tried again and it worked! I was thrilled. That lasted about a day before they would no longer communicate again and I couldn't get them to pair up.This collar is mostly used indoors and hasn't been submerged in water ever. After working fine for 6 months it just simply stopped. I reached out to the seller since it says there is a warranty and no response.

It came withcollars, we are using the cloth-like one, which feels strong. Works excellent,So easy to use and my dog responds to the vibration very well. It does a very good job at helping to train my dog. A great buy!

I bought this knowing it wasn’t the top of the line unit but I was hopping it would last more than just a few uses it just stopped working I guess you get what you pay for. Don’t waste your money.
