Autocrat Coffee Syrup, 32 oz

I gotta say, previous reviews had me worried. Mine came in okay though, the seal was sealed and the lid was unbroken. Oddly though, the bottle was still sticky and had droplets of syrup on it.It tastes pretty good though! I tried it purely based off of B Dylan Hollis' video short on Coffee Milk, and I gotta say, it's pretty darn good. 2TB syrup per 8oz of milk and it makes for a sweet, pleasant drink. Dylan says it best, it's not like a latte or anything like that, it's really just kind of like chocolate milk, only coffee flavored. I don't drink a lot of milk though, so I'm still trying to find other uses for this much syrup. I kind of wish I'd gotten a smaller bottle, but I didn't see smaller bottles listed.

Oh my goodness… Bought some for my mom, who grew up on the east coast and was fond of it. Figured I’d try some myself. It’s delicious. Expensive, but probably worth it.

I've been obsessed for years with coffee-milk and decided to try this out to see how I'd like it. It was great. I like almost anything coffee related anyway, so this was a no-brainer. It hasn't been something I have on a daily basis, but it really is good and worth the price if you've never had it. You need to decide for yourself how sweet you want your drink, so start with a small amount in milk. Hope you find that you enjoy it as much as I do.

Taste Good...

Was really excited to try this regional drink. It came on time and in good shape.The guess it’s a matter of taste. It’s a lot more like chocolate syrup than it is anything related to coffee. The more you use it doesn’t taste more like coffee, it just gets sweeter. The coffee taste is very artificial.I’m rating it 4 stars because it wasn’t to my liking (I drink black coffee and unsweetened lattes) but the product itself was fine and I guess I can see that if you’ve been drinking this since you were a kid that it would taste good…just not for me. But I am glad I bought it to try it.

I love coffee milkshakes! This coffee syrup does the trick! I use 2 squirts, frozen vanilla yogurt and I use low-fat milk! Yum!

For those that want to recreate Dunkin’s dunkalatte and save yourself $7 here is a recipe that comes extremely close.2oz of coffee syrup8oz of whole milk (or milk alternative)Single shot of espresso (but I use double)I drink it iced so I mix the coffee syrup with milk, pour over ice, then pour the espresso in after.

It’s OK. There seems to be an aftertaste of paper, similar to using a cheap coffee filter. Heaven only knows what I’m gonna do with the rest of it. The grandkids like it with milk. My husband was tempted to use it as a pancake syrup. I suppose I could try adding some spiced rum.
