Junk
I'm laying 3/4 inch 24 x 24 porcelain tiles. This product was the cheapest I could find that would work with these tiles. Did the job.....no lipage, the patio looks great. UP DATE: tile have been laid, thin set allowed to dry 24 hours. Per instructions you just give them kick in the right direction and they off below the tile.....WRONG.Most of the 160 levelers I used broke off level with the top of the tile. I now have to find a way to get the remaining product out of the grout space.

Works well - here are some tips (discovered the hard way)
System is easy to use and works really well. I used it on 12x24 tile, laid out in a running bond pattern. This was my first time tiling so this review may be geared more towards the newbies. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the results although it probably would have turned out even better if there were instructions or tips included with the product. Here is a list of what I learned the hard way:1) The most important tip - you have to kick the caps off in a direction that is parallel to the joint into which it's set. I kicked the first 20 or so perpendicular to joint and it left the spacer in the tile in all but two cases. Then I switched to kicking the caps parallel to the joint and it worked flawlessly.2) For the spacers that were stuck in the tile - those can be easily removed by using a hammer and tapping the space parallel to the joint. I removed the first several with a utility knife. It was painful.3) don't crank the cap as tight as possible right away - otherwise the tile will turn a bit with it. Instead, turn all the caps for a particular section of tile until you feel just a bit of resistance. Then go sequentially through the caps and tighten them up just a bit more. Then do it again until all caps are tight.4) after laying more tile and levelers, go back to the area where you started and give the caps another crank - they tile will settle a bit more after time so you'll be able to turn them just a bit tighter.Luckily, I started with a guest bathroom that is rarely used for practice. Now that I have a little experience under my belt, the next bathroom should go more smoothly and with even better results!

Just like in the pictures.
Very easy to work with, unlike some other levelers I have tried. Just did a shower stall with 24 inch by 8 inch tiles, as close to perfect I could ever hope for. Note, that the + spacers are 1/8 inch in 4 directions ( what you need for tiles laid corner to corner ) the - spacers have just the side to side 1/8 inch which is what you need for brick or staggered patterns. I had to trim the ones I had with a razor knife, just ordered the - ones for the floor..

I've used about 400 of these now
This is a really great leveling system. I've been through about 400 of these now between work and tiling my bathroom.Be sure to order the correct t's however. The plus is for rows where all your grout lines and tiles are in a straight row, the other one is for anything else like a running bond or thirds pattern. And because these pull the tiles up level if your floor is out, be sure you have enough mortar under them. If you knock on the tile it should not sound hollow, if it does then you don't have enough mortar and your tile is at risk of breaking if something gets dropped on it.

Does what they advertise well but there's a catch
They do make your tiles level, however because your tiles sit on top of these your trowel needs to have deeper grooves because they raise the tile height. I learned this the hard way and now have a few loose tiles.

Great Idea and well working product
If you know basics on working with tiles, that product will make you a pro, using that product makes a perfect level grout lines without any of them sticking out, for a person who knows "how to" it will help in difficult situations with large format tiles. Very happy with it and I'm ordering stock supply.

Much better than wedge type systems
Having used a wedge type system before, this was much easier to use. Results were great. It's not a perfect system though, you can still mess up if you rush your work.I used all "-" connectors for a 9x48 tile in a running bond pattern. I was able to tighten the caps very tight, only breaking a few. When time for removal, it was as easy as kicking the caps into a corner. I did not have any that left behind exposed plastic.

Just what I needed
SUPER easy to use. Same result as the ones 10x the price. Tops snap off easily leaving only the spacer/riser under the tiles. For me, 100 pieces equaled approximately 40ft of tiling, though this will vary with each application. I will use these again for my next tiling project.
