Vw Beetle: A Comprehensive Illustrated History of the World's Most Popular Car

It’s a good book but it’s used with a dedication of the “gifter” dated March 1999. Still in great condition. I guess I should have known that this was used based on where I was buying it from.

My grandparents had VW beetles as well as my parents, sister and boyfriend.

This is a good book about VW’s beetles , the book was not properly packaged so it was beat up in shipping all 4 corners bent and bruised with cover and spine damage.

This book is a comprehensive history of the beetle as well as Volkswagons in general but the focus is mainly on the beetle. The text is accurate and is written by someone who really knows his stuff. The highlights of the book are the illustrations. They are absolutely first rate and beautifully printed. Absolutely gorgeous in this large format book. It's quite an expensive book if new but the used one I got was in very good shape with just some slight damage to the dust jacket but in perfect condition inside. If you're a bugnut or know someone who is this is the holy grail.

Love the size of this book, with the detailed photos of each model. This is exactly the book I was looking for!
