I personally wanted it just for the work. I wasn't in the need of a laptop, that's why I bought a chromebook.1. Packing is awesome (ASUS as always good), nice box with handle, inside of it the chromebook itself and 45W USB-C charger + some papers.2. Setting up was fast, since I have an Android, but with the iPhone works the same, just scan the QR code and it'll download all it needs. 5 minutes and you're ready.3. It's 2-in-1 with touchscreen, so you can just flip the screen and voila, now you have a tablet. Touchscreen is good4. [UPDATED] Average battery life 7-8 hrs while working \\\ Battery life, one of the main things I bought it. It's really up to 11 hrs though it says it varies. But if you're gonna use it just for work as me, it's going up to 14 hrs. (you can see on my photo)5. You can download Steam and theoretically even play some games on it, but I don't think it can run much6. Weight, if it's really matter to you. It's 3.6 lbs, but I don't really care about it7. It's pretty fast, sometimes might be a little bit slow, but it's already an hour I'm using it right now and there's no glitches or anything else at all. I think you just need to give it some time to "heat up"8. Full functionality of a chromebook, I don't even know what to tell you here9. Price is kinda high, me personally bought it because of the touchscreen, but if you really need just a tool for work, buy either a simple version of this chromebook or Google Pixel Go which is much cheaper.But if you want a good 2-in-1, buy it. I don't have any cracks on it, the delivery was good and fast and the chromebook book itself made awesome. I already have a gaming laptop from ASUS and these guys know how to do it!It's a nice device for it's price. I'm gonna use it for a while and then make the updates.

My job has required that we use Chromebooks for about 7 years now. I was a MacBook user for years. Recently my MacBook died, after probably 7 -8 years. I love Apple products, but I couldn’t see spending so much money on a new MacBook for my personal use. I bought this Chromebook and don’t miss my MacBook at all. Using Chromebooks and the Google Suite for work helped my transition. There are definitely things that I miss, like iMovie, but I’m sure there is an app out there if I need something similar.This Chromebook is well-built, a great size, has a good display, and it’s fast. I highly recommend it.

It's just as awesome as I expected it to be. I love how you can fold it backwards half way, all the way as a tablet, or upside down like a tent. The tent way is perfect for movie watching while laying down. The sound is loud and clear. The 8gb of ram is fast and allows for multiple apps. The wifi connection is stable and fast. The battery life is above average and it charges super fast. I also love how every chromebook has built in security. In laptop form it feels lightweight, but when folded all the way back into tablet form, it's a bit heavy. I'm only using it at home, so it's perfect for me.

Great learning tool for sixth grade grandchildren.

It is very nice! Only two things I have to work on is figuring out how to turn on the keyboard backlight and getting better sound. For now I use earbuds to listen anyway. Otherwise it is just right for me.

Returned. Not only did it not have a crisp picture, but it will not run all apps. Popular app Hulu wou6not load on it.

Just not used to chrome book, had to Google how to do basic things. Maybe that's OK, not really sure. Size,weight, keys,speed,sound quality, ease,battery life, all that is good. Apps work well.

Good deal. first week playing with. Little worried about storage but we will cross that bridge when it gets here
