I purchased digitek mic set on Oct 2025 but after weeks mic was not working properly the voice is cracking i contacted the digitek support they said send a video I shared the same on mail after that they asked to courier the device at Delhi office I shipped the courier and I paid the expenses of the courier After that they repaired it and shipped me back but when I used the issue is not resolved voice is still not clear and even now echo mode is not working properly I again sent a mail to replace the device they again told me to courier the product for repair I also shared the video with them where echo mode is not working despite of repair i asked them to replace the device since it's deffected but they refused . I would not recommend to buy this device because the quality of the mic is not good at this price point go for some other brand where you can get a better quality mic . I am helpless and feels cheated .

I bought this mic expecting decent wireless audio quality, but my experience has been disappointing. * The audio quality is very average and feels worse than even some generic budget wireless microphones. * The biggest issue is connectivity. If there is any obstacle between the transmitter and receiver, or even if you turn your back to the receiver, the audio starts distorting or cutting out. * Even when using both transmitters, the receiver records everything into a single audio track. If one transmitter’s audio gets distorted, there is no separate backup channel to recover the recording. * The claimed range is not reliable, and I faced frequent connectivity issues. * It picks up a lot of fan noise and background buzz, even with the wind muff installed. * The only positive point is the battery life, which is decent. Overall, I would not recommend this microphone if you’re looking for reliable audio recording. There are better options available in this price range.

I don’t know about the other but I am sure the product is not new, there is already scratches and discolour in side of both the transmitter, I don’t have time to exchange that’s why I just accept it but really disappointed about this, after paying 4K you received a used product
