I’ve been using this fabric softener for years now. I am allergic to synthetic fragrance and also have issues with eczema and this product is good for both. Please disregard reviews that say it doesn’t dissolve when they place it in the rinse cycle, as the instructions clearly say to place it at the very beginning of the wash. Some people really either never read nor follow instructions, even such clear ones as place in washer with laundry detergent. I’ve included a photo of the instructions that come with this product. I will say that realistically not much fragrance remains if you put clothes in the dryer, but my hang dry clothes do retain a slight lavender smell and all clothes are as soft as a regular liquid softener. Some reviews say they clump together, but I just put them in an air tight jar and have never had an issue with moisture or clumping. When used correctly this product works extremely well.

I had a few pods that broke inside the box when it delivered. Left powder everywhere and leaking from the box, aside from wasted pods. Looks like the film they use to hold the pod is too vulnerable. Otherwise, the softener seems to be working well and my clothes smell good after wash.

The lavender scent smells like a bottle of perfume was dumped into the 32 pods. Not very pleasant and will require a rewash. Have used the orange scented in the past and it was very pleasant. This is a good original softener brand where the scenting process went bad.

I really like Dropps products. The laundry soap cleans really well, the fabric softener removes static and very slightly softens clothes without a weird residue in the fabric. It leaves behind a very subtle but pleasant scent. I have a very sensitive nose and skin. I’ve tried all the scents and love the orange blossom the best. Unfortunately Amazon doesn’t offer orange blossom fabric softener at this time. I ordered it directly through their website. BIG MISTAKE! Good luck ever getting your order. 9 days later it finally ships out, the slowest and most expensive shipping method possible. Customer service is rude, condescending and lies about the status of the order. Major hassle over laundry products!?? Seriously?!? Order through Amazon and avoid the shipping headache. Get your products quickly and as scheduled so you don’t have to deal with rude twerps through email. I’ve ordered 3 different times from their website each time a new problem with shipping. Damaged product, long delays leaving their facilities, back ordered, etc etc. which is all fine but the nasty customer service, has made me reconsider supporting this company in any way. Bottom line. Order from Amazon. Great product- all of the Dropps stuff. Even the dishwasher packs!

I give these pods a 👍 and a 5 star rating. My teen kiddos are learning how to do laundry. Using pods instead of measuring liquid leaves less mess and is easier for the kids to manage. The softener dispenser on their washing machine does not work so the kids were pouring the softener directly onto the clothes. If you have ever done that before, ✋️ I have, you know it can ruin your clothes. So that's another plus for using these pods. The only needed improvement I notice is that they really don't put out the scent I was expecting. The scent is very faint so I use gain dryer sheets to get the clothes smelling good. However, this could just be my issue because I like a strong scent on my clothes. With that said, I most likely will purchase the softener pods again.
