It is very pretty, easy to put together….until I got to the roof, I couldn’t get the screws to go in all the way , so I just put the screws in from the outside of the roof. Looks fine even like that and it will stay on!

This well is very well made and is a great size. It has good quality wood and a unique design. It really made a lovely addition to our garden. Only issue I had was some of the pieces were not labeled which made it a tad hard confusing to put together. Also be aware when your putting it together the staining of the wood came off on my hands so you may want to wear gloves. Otherwise it’s a very nice piece and good value for the money.

Assembly was easy until the roof. My husband and I struggled to get the angle it was supposed to be at to get both ends to bite onto the base. Never did after incredible patience and trying, so came up with a Plan B. It is fairly sturdy but did blow over in a Midwestern spring wind; had to create an anchoring system and a Plan C for the roof. BUT - it is very stylish, classic color, is an ideal size for my yard, and adds character to my flower garden. I do not use it as a flower bed as it is a great accessory as is in planted perennial flowers and grasses.

Great customer service. I failed to pre drill a hole before using a screw and split a piece .I reached out to the company and they responded quickly and were very helpful . The item was a very small but crucial piece. It's the piece in the middle where the bucket hangs from. They offered to replace the piece without a problem.I managed to figure out a way to fix it, with some wood glue and a longer screw, so I told them I didn't need the part. I understand some pieces have no pre drilled holes but its a minor inconvenience for the price and good quality .

Hard to put together, not based on directions. Based on the screws and make sure everything lines up and the screws are on straight. The screwdriver it comes with is not good enough. You really have to press down to do it and the wood sounds like it's about the crack from the pressure. The planter is cute but smaller than expected. I would love if this was thrice as big.
