I started using Bach's essences a few years ago. They work and l do recommend them. I put 2 drops of 3 to 4 essences in a water bottle and sip on it and add water to it throughout the day. It's a subtle but noticeable change in attitude and mood and always for the better. These were even delivered earlier than expected. Thank you!

I've been on it for 30 days, and I went back to purchased more. I feel it improved my social skills, and it has made me more positive.I'm now a believer. Flower essence do work. Also, finding the amount of dose needed is key. I had to figure out what was mine by playing with the delayed effect of 1 to 2 weeks. Give it a little time and you'll see.
