A fun game
Purchased for my 18 year old son...he loves it! Although I haven't played it (yet) I'm told it's extremely fun!

Great Solo Game
Love everything about this game. I have yet to win, but came close once. A really great game, well designed.

Rulebook is virtually impenetrable.
Tried to play this with a (very experienced) friend. Unfortunately, the rulebook is so badly worded we couldn't figure out how to play it. Would likely be fun it that issue was resolved, but as it is I can't recommend.

Clever puzzle game with high replayability
This is a mind bending; puzzle challenge that I have still yet to conquer. Having said that, I continue to take stabs at playing this when I can because it provides an amount of problem solving and fun that I find highly enjoyable. For every action there is a reaction from this game, each time you give another part is taken from you. The deck of cards for Superhot is in constant motion moving to and from your own hand, into the obstacle deck, and through the line of cards you have to maneuver past in order to complete you level goals.Quite honestly it is a lot to take in, I admit this, it took me a few games to get fluid with the flow of cards and where this card goes after I use it and how to take one from this spot, and oh geez I finished a level do all these bullets get shuffled into the deck?!?! So admittedly there is a learning curve to this game, but let me tell you it pays off so highly once you're used to it, I have even now gone on to explain it to another player and have them quickly pick it up from me based on my game plays and familiarity with it. Once you know it well yourself the motions and upkeep of the game board quickly become background noise to the quiet calculations and decisions you are trying to make to win. This is a fantastically brutal game of solitaire with several ways to lose but only one way to one and that is complete missions or goals for each of the three levels. These mission cards are plentiful and have so many varied tasks that you must complete that you even if you get so good at this that you can win most games you will constantly be facing new games each time you play.I find it very interesting that this game translated so well from a video game, I had not expected such a rewarding experience from this and am happy to say I was surprised. The art mimics the game well and gives a similar feel to what I've seen of it.I'm most surprised by the addicting nature of it, as I said I've lost this game each time I've played so far, but I am slowly refining my process, learning from mistakes and picking up on patterns and tactics to slowly progress. I like to reshuffle the cards and start again almost immediately after I've finished a game to give it another go. Most every game I'm making it into Level 3 and only missing out on completing a final goal each time. The randomness of the draw though can really switch things up though, a really tough mission in level 1 can have you doing a bit of grinding to complete and two similar missions at the same time can make things especially challenging.Overall this presents a very thinky game to get drawn into, and you'll find a really enjoyable experience can be had in a short playtime. There is one thing that could 100% use and upgrade though and that is the paper player board that is included, I don't like it, it detracts from the game as a new player and never sits flat. I know it comes in a small box but a tweak to that would make such a huge difference. I have found though that I can now just set it off to the side as a reference should I need it and can play all my cards flat on my table. If you enjoy this one as much as I do I think you'll end up doing the same in the end.

Captures the video game well
Does a good job of capturing the feel of the VR game. Card come out one at a time and you have to deal with them in a line. The better you handle it, the less gummed up your deck becomes. Clever.
