GC installed and said it was easy - mind you this was full gut/renovation of the bathroom, so it was easily integrated. Exhaust motor is NOT included. This is just the frame and cover.I went for a "color drench" paint job (trim, walls, ceiling all painted the same color) so the vent looks wicked sharp, plus it's flush to the ceiling

Perfect for my need
Used it in my new bathroom, I put No more nail double face tape under the edge to glued it on the ceiling, with 4 screws inside the cover. If you have a little more budget I would suggest the metal one but this one do the job pretty well

Won’t fit in older homes.
Flimsy product. Maybe it could work in new modern built homes, but in older homes where the joists are 15” on center THIS WILL NEVER FIT. They don’t mention this anywhere that I’ve looked.

Perfect solution, easy install, great quality
This vent cover was the perfect solution! I wanted an intricate powder room ceiling but our state code required an exhaust fan in the ceiling. This helped me get the ceiling of my dreams while still being up to code! Easy to install, fan it recommends is super quiet with good air flow
