I have been on a health journey for a couple of months now and trying to add to my workout routine. I have had a previous stress fracture on my foot, so biking is safer that walking or jogging long distances. I am so glad I added this exercise bike to my home fitness equipment. It has made getting in a good workout a lot more convenient to have this in my home. It was easy to put together and doesn't take up very much space in comparison to bigger bikes. There are several resistance levels- so I can have some harder leg days and other days that it's more just cardio. I've noticed that the operation of it is very quiet- I generally listen to music or watch something while riding and I don't need to crank up the sound to hear it over the machine. It feels very sturdy, no wobble to it at all and the wheels on the bottom really help with getting it put away in the corner. Overall, I think for the price, it is a quality bike that can give you as hard of a workout as you'd want.

Nice and quiet enough to use in an office area. Good enough for me to use and I am 6ft 3 inches tall. The mat is not worth the extra purchase however and the screen is fairly flimsy
