Affordable and easy to use.
Great computer. While it isn’t fast, it is good for a first time gamer who is a pre-teen. I wanted something he could learn on and build up if he wanted and this computer offers all of that. The price was decent, affordable, and you get everything as described and seen in the stock pictures. Shipping was delayed several days but I was kept up to date the whole time. Great experience and worth the wait.

Not happy at all
I feel like I wasted money the computer is not wired less I went and got 2 new adapters and still not working the computer can’t be updated and I need to hard wire the PC so more money spent to get a Ethernet that is going to be over hundred feet I real could have went to wal mart and spent way less and yet my Child still has not used it as of yet

Ethernet cord probably required good starter set can upgrade overtime with parts
A lot better than expected no lag I got it to play high quality steam games so far so good.. only somewhat issue is it didn't stay connected to the wifi and had to get a Ethernet cord but othe than that it's fantastic and the colors are beautiful. Came with everything too!! Good starter set I would recommend overtime to at least get a better speaker and headset for better sound.

NOTE: Will NOT UPDATE to Windows 11
This appears to be a great deal and a strong PC. But the reason it's a good deal is because IT IS NOT CONFIGURED TO UPDATE TO WINDOWS 11. So what good is it? It is NOT NOTED in the product details and I feel VERY CHEATED. I will be returning this product.

Great value machine
The build quality was great and they provided clear setup and troubleshooting instruction. The price was very reasonable as well

Computer went down on 4 months
Our computer lasted four months. Grandchild upset. He was hospitalized for 3 weeks. So it wasn't used then. I have attached photos. I bought a refurbished one before this one lasted less time. I am very upset. I wouldn't think a new computer would not work only four months. The father believes hard drive when out. It won't load into windows after bios it goes blank can anything be done. Thank you
