So far this is the ONLY device that was reasonably priced that we could use in Europe for my wife's curling iron. Forget about all the other solutions you see that supposedly support a curling iron, or even a blow dryer. They don't. This thing does! The only reason I took off 1 star is because for travel, it is pretty heavy.

This little device Perfect converted 220V to 110V, allowing me to safely use my American electronics abroad.I used it to charge my phone, laptop, and even my hairdryer, and everything worked perfectly. Very strange design. Laptop cannot be charged in the high power ports. I returned the product. Hopefully they change the design soon. I will try that.

Waning, the first two 110v AC plugs are 200w, but the 2000w in not a 110 plug, it is a 50v AC, so they are just coming off a part of the transformer not a high end switch power supply.....

Used on a recent trip to Philippines.

Have not taken the trip yet but, it should protect all our devices when we travel to the Middle East in the Spring. I lost a few devices in Singapore so will not happen again. Wish it was a little lighter for travel.
