These melted better than any other brand I have used. So easy to use. It was also delicious chocolate. I would highly recommend.

These are really good. Pricey, but very tasty. So much better than Wilton brand or whatever the store sells. They melt beautifully and if you have a thermometer, you can accurately melt them without issue. I just wish the price was better. Otherwise, they are worth it.

just recieved and pretty dissapionted. it came all melted into one big clump and molded to the bag. havent tried it yet but so far not so good. i really hope this mishap wont alter the flavor of the choclate but we will just wait and see. im shocked to see this happen to myself as I did read a couple of reviews regarding this happening. I always do my resaerch so i can buy the best quality products as possible and to say I am sad is an understatement. will not be repurchasing.

These chips of chocolate are perfect for making chocolate-covered strawberries! It’s so easy! Just put them in a microwaveable cup, set timer on about 1 minute (for 1/3 of a bag) then stir the soft chocolate to make it like liquid. Then you can roll the strawberries in this mixture and set them on a plate to dry. They come out perfectly! I am thrilled with this product and proud to take my chocolate covered strawberries to a party I’m going to!

Taste great. Worked great. Does take a little longer to hardened. Also don't over heat to melt cuz it will dry out.

Maybe the chocolate needs to be in an ice pack because thank goodness I was outside when the delivery came because it started to melt and would have been a disaster if I didn't bring it inside. The chocolate was good but it's not quite the dark chocolate I'm used to. It seems more sweeter than normal dark chocolate. I used it to create the Dubai chocolate and I ended up adding dark chocolate chips from another brand to make the chips taste a little close to what I'm used to. Which came out perfect.

Great quality chocolate however, it is not packaged properly for shipping. I have ordered this twice and twice the chocolate liquefied inside the bag during shipping and I had to use a hammer to break off pieces after I rehardened in the refrigerator. The chocolate melted in transit and hardened again without any separating. This is definitely top quality.
