I suffer with headaches and recently my legs while resting would twich, jump not nice when your trying to sleep. I did some research and came across if your bodies low in magnesium the above can happen. It took about 2 maybe 3 weeks to see a difference, headaches has dropped by 80% and my legs it does happen but maybe 1 evening a huge drop. I buy theses each time im about to run out take each morning with my breakfast, the tablets are big, I dont find them an issue but someones else might. Good price and always quick delivery.

Since being menopausal I've struggled with lack of sleep. These help me sleep better but I only take one and not every night, as when I took two they gave me diarrhea and when I took one every night I had terrible stomach cramps/pain. So I take them 4 or 5 times a week and am happy with that. The price is pretty reasonable and it lasted ages. I recommend them, but with a bit of caution.
