Great service
The shoes were delivered in a reasonable time and with the correct size. Unfortunately, it turned out to be small when it was put on. I requested a return and a refund, and it was processed within one day! The response was excellent from the seller (Bixmae)!

disappointing
These loafers look great, but they hurt my ankle bone. I expected them to be more comfortable. I wish I could return them for a refund after using, but it’s disappointing.

Lots and lots and lots of compliments! The off white color and especially the gold hardware are quite standout. They are chunky and flattering without being clunky and they fit well and comfortably with no slipping and no buckling on the sides as some shoes like this can do. I have worn them with jeans, dresses .... kinda everything that is meant to be casual and stylish would be apropos .
