Review: I use these for when I make pickles. They do the job and fit nicely in any size jar mouth I need them too. It sounds weird, but I think they’re pretty looking, even though they’re just glass. They’re easy to clean and I just pop them in the dishwasher. I haven’t used them for anything else but I’m sure when I do, they will do the job in weighing the items down.

**Q: Do these havexa flat bottom?**
A: Thanks for your question - yes the bottom of the glass weight is smooth and flat - a lot of people use them for pattern weights or dressmaking weights for this reason.

Absolutely love these fermentation weights, so much so that I ordered two more sets of four. They are suitably heavy with a thick tab at the top for holding. I have kept the box they come in for storage qhen not in use.
