Can this be used for making non-dairy yogurt?

yes, I make my own soy milk in a SoyajoyG4 using only organic 'laura' beans. I strain the pulp('okara' to later make mitsu flavored chia dehydrated crackers). After the very hot milk has cooled to warm, I make a small slurry then add and pour into recycled peanut butter jars to incubate overnight in a dehydrator set to 119. You could then get a solid-like consistency by straining through a large coffee filter, but I prefer to forego that extra effort.

Is this starter Vegan?

since yogurt starters are usually "good" bacteria, are considered vegan. Our gut is full of bacteria.

Does this have maltodextrine in it? Its not listed on the ingrefients list shown here!

The starter I purchased in Feb 2022 lists maltodextrin in the ingredient list.

what is best temperature to incubate this culture?

120 degrees for 1 hour then 86 degrees for a minimum of 2 hours.
