Not the bubbles but my turtles whole pond surface is white now?** A: I think it is no issue. If your pond has a waterfall or something of that force from a pump that moves the water a lot it might agitate the product to have super tiny white bubbles that looks like a film. It might have to do with the temp since you are outside. Just a guess. **Q: Is it supposed to bubble? It looks very foamy** A: This product can be foamy and bubble. **Q: My turtle on unfortunately died before we could get him this medication we haven’t opened the bottle can I return it?** A: Amazon will definitely let you return it especially if it isn’t opened.
