I have an electronic/battery powered door bell I bough many moons ago in the price range of $15.00 US. IT came with the door chime and two buttons for both front and back doors. The batteries were these tiny 12 volt jobs. I felt for the price if they lasted for a year I'd be lucky. 12 years later the doorbell ceased working. Came to Amazon to find a replacement doorbell. Far too much money for what I liked vs what reviewers wrote about the items for sale. Nothing I liked came with two door ringer buttons. What to do? Replace the batteries. I only needed tow and reviewers had different opinions on each battery I was considering.Finally got out the magnifying glass and got the info off the old original battery and these batteries were the same manufacturer so I made the purchase. I was in no hurry so ordinary shipping was good enough.The batteries arrived in my mail box in a snappy metallic blue, bubble wrap envelope, nice labeled and everything intact inside. Pulled the battery sleeve out popped out a battery and placed it in the ringer part on the front door. Works as it had when it was new. The original batteries lasted 12 years and now I'm wondering how long these will last. I could not pass up the price.Far better than an entire new doorbell with only one ringer to cover one door.
