Works well as a fatigue mat. They have the same issues with fatigue mats in that they scratch easily, but I'm not shelling out the extra $$ to make that less likely to happen. They look nice in my kitchen, are thick, and stay in place fairly well given I have a dog and a toddler rampaging around the kitchen often. :thumbsup
